Perceptive, formerly Calyx, is a corporate spin-off from Parexel International. Perceptive is a British–American provider of biopharmaceutical services formed by the merger of Calyx and Invicro. The company was formed in January 2021 following the strategic separation of the Parexel Informatics business from Parexel International, and provides medical imaging, e-clinical and regulatory services.
